God began building and shaping this ministry in the midst of the war within my mind that I did not think I would survive. In the years of my struggle with cutting, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation, God started instilling deep within me a heart for those who felt and struggled with similar things. My heart's desire is to extend the same message of hope to the hopeless that was given to me; to hold on just one more day.

The Heavenly Father is the "why" behind One More Day Ministries; without Him, I wouldn't be here to share the works of His healing hands in my life. For it is not us who give out hope to those struggling but the promise that the Son will rise, shedding light and love into the darkness of our hurting hearts.

Hello! My name is Ari, I am the owner and founder of One More Day ministries and a certified mental health life coach; I specialize in suicide prevention and crisis response. My passion for these fields led me to create a business and program for adolescents, that is unlike the typical counseling approach. When I am not working with teenagers, you can probably find me reading or doing something out in the sun. My heart is for those who feel unheard and unseen, through my training and personal experience my goal is to bring hope through education and a one-on-one personal environment.
