At One More Day Ministries, I believe in taking a different approach than the usual counseling path. For all my services provided, I have a future-oriented structure. Focusing on the present and moving forward. While yes, the past is important, creating us into the person we are today. It should not define and rule over the here and now. My goal is for everyone who works with me to walk away with a sense of hope and the tools to healthily leave the past in the past and press onward to a beautiful future.

This program was designed to teach teenagers struggling with their sense of self-worth, not knowing who they are, and turning to unhealthy ways of dealing with their pain. By walking through their unique temperament, learning how to set boundaries, creating new healthy coping behaviors, and understanding where to find their worth I want to empower teenagers to flip the script on what has maybe become their new normal. Everyone deserves to have someone in the corner encouraging and supporting them, teaching that there is hope.

Temperament Analysis goes deeper than any personality test. Unlike our personality and character, which change throughout our life and circumstances, our temperament is unchanging. It is the core of who we are; God designed a unique temperament for every person. It is vital for individuals to know and understand their unique temperaments needs and how unmet needs can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, etc. Learning how to meet your inborn needs in a healthy manner can be a game-changer in your relationships and day-to-day life.

This seminar was created for you, the parents who have struggling adolescents, or those who want more tools on how to better come alongside your child, niece/nephew, or grandchild. During this seminar, you will learn practical tools, be further educated in mental health, and be encouraged not only by what is being taught but also by all those in the same room who are experiencing similar hardships.
